MRM Archery is extremely well placed to act as a business partner for Activity Centres who wish to incorporate archery into their programme of events. Over many years of experience, we know that there is a strong market for people who want to try the sport of archery. However, for you to provide such a service to your clients, can be a costly venture, as you will undoubtedly have to purchase and maintain equipment, have your staff appropriately trained and qualified, and keep up to date with all necessary archery safety and Child Protection Guidelines.
MRM Archery can look after all of these aspects on your behalf, and reduce your potential overheads. We guarantee that all of our equipment is maintained to the highest standards so that your clients have the experience that they expect from you. All of our staff are fully experienced in archery instruction and are members of the PVG Scheme.
Even if you already have archery as an activity that you actively promote, we are confident that we can provide an unequalled service that will enhance your programme of events to another level, and that we will provide a very cost effective way of ensuring that your clients get the archery experience that they expect and deserve.
Our staff have over 60 years experience in providing archery instruction and we maintain cover of £10m of Public Liability Insurance. We have a very strong Child Protection ethos and have developed a robust Child Protection policy that provides you with the confidence in our management of the archery activities. We provide archery instruction for all age groups above the recommended age of 10. (We may provide archery services for children younger than this, but this is always by prior arrangement).
Archery Instructor Award - since November 2014 MRM Archery staff have been accredited by Archery GB to act as Tutors and Assessors for this course and we can provide the necessary training for this qualification. This qualification is designed to be used by professionals and volunteers working outside of the Archery GB club structure, for example in sport centres, outdoor education centres, adventure and holiday parks and youth associations. To gain the qualification you require no previous archery experience, you need to be 17 years old and training can be arranged to suit the needs of your staff.
